About Us

Growing up with animals our whole lives, we knew we wanted to pass that piece of our childhood onto our kids.   My husband grew up raising pigs for 4h with his family and has continued to breed show pigs to this day.  Our kids now join in the planning, farrowing, and showing pieces of the industry.  I grew up showing Quarter Horses and had so many pets throughout the years. My horse show days are over, but the memories are very much still alive. Time spent with family and friends at the shows, daily rides to improve, hours in the barn grooming and cleaning was really the best way to be raised. As much as I would love to share those moments with my own kids, I realize not having my dad here any longer, the experience wouldn’t be the same. My dad’s last Christmas was when Bailey, my sister’s golden retriever, came into our family. She was a gift for my sister from my parents, but she really comforted our entire family for years after my dad passed away. Golden retrievers have hearts of gold and genuinely want to see everyone around them happy. The downfall of goldens is the shedding and unfortunately, they are riddled often with health issues as are many purebred dog breeds. Being that I have developed allergies over my adulthood, the allergy friendly qualities of Doodles sparked my interest. From the first time I met a Goldendoodle in person, I was in love. They have the heart of Golden Retriever and the high intelligence of the Poodle. What a perfect combo! They make phenomenal family pets and love kids like no other. It was a no brainer on what kind of dog I would have in the future! After we had our third child, it was clear our baby days were over at least of the humankind. I researched for years anything and everything I could learn about Goldendoodles and breeding.  Baby fever was hitting me pretty hard when we decided to take the plunge and purchase our foundation momma, Journey.  Bringing these precious fur babies into the world is second to only to my own children’s births. It is such a special bond knowing we helped create each and every little puppy life and we truly love each puppy. It is our mission to find the perfect homes for each puppy so that they can live a happy, healthy life bringing joy to their forever families.
